The customer does not have the right to reject or return goods without the consent of Hulaballoo London. Personalised items of clothing may not be exchanged or refunded should the customer (a) choose the wrong size at the time of order (b) input the incorrect wording, images or to any other circumstance under a similar nature.

Hulaballoo London will attempt to make any amendments to requested orders in a timely manner. However if this request is received after the product has been printed, Hulaballoo London shall not be liable for the cost of a reprint.

All orders will be processed and placed with our printers on a bi-weekly basis beginning the first Friday of each month. Please allow 14 days from date of processing for your order to reach you.

All orders will be sent as Standard 1st Class, however, if you wish to pick up your hoodie in person from a Cahula Class or a Hulaballoo workshop we will waive the shipping costs.
